Ane Pema Chödrön will be giving a public talk at Grace Cathedral tomorrow (Wed) night.

Pema is a best-selling author, American Buddhist nun, and senior meditation teacher in the Shambhala community. Her teaching will give perspective on our own tendencies to cling to subtle forms of aggression. On the off chance anyone reading this plans to be there, I'll be volunteering at the bookstore table before and after the program.
