Sometime back in the dark days of the mid-1980s, I worked my way up the Wendy's food chain from chief fry-boy to the lofty position of grill cook. Back in the day, we learned burger-flipping the hard way: through long hours of trial, error and painful grease burns. If only I had come along a couple of years later, I could have learned everything I needed to know the hippety-hoppety way:
