Now in paperback
October 15, 2008
Thanks to the nice folks at Cornell University Press, my book is about to come out in a shiny new paperback edition (available for pre-order on Amazon.com).
This new edition includes a few corrections and minor updates (thanks to all the alert readers who chimed in over the past few months). I'm especially happy to report that the mysterious reference to a phantom Appendix E has been excised.
As an extra incentive for anyone who feels like pre-ordering a copy, I'll be happy to sign the book for you (assuming we can work out the shipping logistics and so forth). If you'd like to take me up on the offer, drop me a line.
