The challenge
Develop a new video portal to tap into the growing population of Webcam owners (circa 1999).
My role
As VP of User Experience at Phoenix Pop, led the redesign for a fledgling video start-up that launched four years before YouTube (a classic case of an idea before its time). Conducted an entity relationship modeling exercise, developed wireframes, conducted usability testing and collaborated with designers and engineers to create a new design for the service.
Spotlife was acquired by Logitech in 2002.
